How do I make phone-calls?

Step one: After you joined the club, you
will have a secret number. Now you have two options (and often two prices.
Usually CallBack is cheaper).
You live in a country which allows 800-access: just go ahead and
dial that free-call-number. Try: 00800-22-7777-22 it works in many countries).
After (or during) the voice prompt, enter your secret number. Bingo! Go
to step two.
Using "classic" call-back. You phone your assigned number in the
USA and hang up after 1 or two rings. After a few seconds your phone will
ring, and you pick up the phone. Bingo, go to step two.
Step two: Now you can dial anywhere in
the world, see examples below:
